Ranks & Levels

At Casineo, loyalty works like a game. You start as a Member and level up by collecting Level Points. Each level pushes you closer to the top, all the way to Diamond Millionaire. The higher you climb, the stronger your benefits become. Levels are split into ranks, and every rank-up unlocks a reward for your progress.

Collect and
redeem points

Every real money bet is XP for your journey. Each spin, hand or round moves you forward. For every CHF 2 wagered on slots, you earn one point. On table games, live casino and arcade games, you earn one point for every CHF 5 wagered. Only real money bets count toward points; bonus money and free spins do not add XP.

Your collected points can be redeemed in the Reward Shop, where real-world rewards are waiting. From restaurant vouchers to merchandise and event tickets, every reward is something you’ve played your way toward.

Level Points & Coins

Casineo runs on two progress systems: Level Points and Coins. Both grow together as you play. Level Points define your level and rank, while Coins are your in-game currency for the Reward Shop. Spending Coins on rewards never affects your Level Points, so once you level up, you stay there.

You can track your Level Points and Coins at any time in your player profile.

Level Booster

Level Boosters are your power-ups. During special events, Casineo grants boosters that multiply the Coins you earn for a limited time. Once activated, the countdown starts immediately. Choose your game, activate the booster and collect X times more points while it’s active. The active booster is always visible in the top left corner of the game.

Boosters are time-limited, so use them wisely and make every session count.

Level retention

Each year starts a new run.
To keep your current level you need to collect the required number of points within the calendar year.

If you manage to hold your level a reward is waiting for you.
As soon as you reach the required points your retention reward is unlocked automatically.
